WebXfinity requested that I return equipment I no longer need. I followed the procedure they provided via email to process the return, all the way to where it says click "Confirm" to print your return label on the next page, but nothing happens. After several attempts, the return label never appears. Nothing in email either. WebI just took mine back to a local Xfinity Service Center. Guy did the return in 3 mins and I was on my way. Even got the refund amount ($126) credited to my credit card within about 7 to 8 hrs which if you have ever done a return on credit, normally it takes days, not hours!
