WebDragons dogma is a 2012 game, so a PS4 will run it no problem. PS4 has great framerate and runs really well, if you're not interested in mods (which aren't necessary at all) then just go for that. If you don’t plan to mod just go for PS4 imo. I have both and the PS4 sucks really bad in comparison.
