WebMar 26, 2024 · In the Nvidia control panel, you can go to "manage 3d settings" and there's an option called "power management mode". If you have it set to "prefer maximum performance" your core clock will always stay high. If this is the case for you, then just simply select the other mode. Hope this helps.
